SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGEMENT
I was working in Pamono as Social Media Coordinator for 6 months and managing their Facebook (English & German), Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest channels.
December 2015 - May 2016
In 6 months only I've built an awareness of the brand between the designers and partners. We have also used the best performing content on Facebook ads.
I increased follower number on:
German Facebook by 39,5% - 16,682 followers
English Facebook by 5% - 12,678 followers (organic)
Twitter by 18% - 1482 followers (196k impressions in total)
Pinterest by 24% - 1441 followers
Avg daily viewers 622 (grew by 105,86%)
Avg daily impressions 1892 (grew by 83,45%)
Instagram by 49,9% - 2593 followers
All social media peaked in April, just before, during and after Milan Design Week (since we were very active during it). All channels grew much faster during that time and continue growing rapidly.
For Twitter: to be more active in community management.
For Facebook: to post less, but to take more care to the quality.
For Pinterest: to repin more.
For Instagram: to be more consistent.
